Returns & Exchange Policy

• You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
• For hygiene and authenticity reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost. We recommend recording an unboxing video where possible.
