All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We offer shipping across Pakistan.

• Standard Delivery Time: 3–5 business days

• Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan. Customers are required to pay the full amount at the time of delivery.

4. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message via SMS or email.

5. Shipment Tracking

You will receive a tracking ID once your order is shipped so you can track your parcel.

6. Delays in Shipping

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, logistics issues, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with pictures as proof.
We are not responsible for lost packages once marked as delivered.
